The brainchild of Bremerton's own Josh Farley, the Bremer Bond Campaign helps support our small local businesses that are being dramatically impacted by the Coronavirus shutdown. When you purchase a Bremer Bond for $100, Bremerton Chamber of Commerce (and Downtown Bremerton Association) will distribute 100% of the funds to the small local businesses that need it most. This version of the bond does not come with gift cards, but is tax deductible. Enjoy this true piece of art and hang in your home or business as a sign of your commitment to supporting local businesses!
Bonds will be valid for redemption 'after the resumption of normal business' activities, as deemed by the City of Bremerton. Initial businesses participating include Axe & Arrow Gastropub, Ballast Books, Sprout & Thistle, Tony's Italian Restaurant & Pizzaria. BremerBonds must be redeemed through the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce and selection of gift cards may vary. Purchasers may choose to redeem all, part or none of the Bond's value. This version of the bond does not come with gift cards, but is tax deductible. For tax deductible donations, the Downtown Bremerton Association will provide the receipt letter for your tax purposes after the resumption of normal business activities as deemed by the City of Bremerton and/or at the end of bond sales. The Bremer Bond Campaign is a collaboration between Bremerton Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Bremerton Association and Fingers Duke Design Studio. Special thanks to Josh Farley for the original idea, Jessica Randklev for her incredible graphic design of the bond and its advertising design. Our official media sponsor is the Kitsap Sun.
